Our Medical Practioners

Dr Jackie Earl originally trained in UK as a General Surgeon, before giving in to her passion for travel and setting off to work in Asia. She ran GP/Emergency clinics and practiced retrieval medicine in China, Vietnam, Indonesia, Japan and Singapore. She then moved to Christchurch in New Zealand to work in a GP/Emergency clinic in the centre of town. There was a massive earthquake not long after her arrival and she lost a house, gained a dog, and stayed for a year to help with the recovery effort.

Wanting to find some stable ground, she headed for WA, an area she had always been keen to return to, following a year spent in Royal Perth Hospital as a junior doctor. She worked as a GP in Harvey while studying Skin Cancer Medicine and gaining experience in the field. She is now happily settled by the sea in Bunbury and is passionate about both the medical and surgical aspects of Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Gavin Matten holds postgraduate qualifications in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine and Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.

Dr Matten has held a long-term interest in dermatology and surgery and is a diplomat of the Skin Cancer College of Australasia, and the Australasian College of Cutaneous Oncology.

Dr Clyde Jumeaux graduated from UWA in 1982 and achieved his postgraduate diploma in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1986.  He worked in a variety of city hospitals before moving to the Pilbara where he spent eleven years working as a procedural GP in Dampier, with special interests in mental health, obstetrics and anaesthetics.

In 1997 Clyde and his family, moved to Australind and he worked as a GP in Bunbury and Australind.  Clyde became interested in skin cancer surgery due to a strong family history of melanoma and having numerous skin cancers himself.  He regularly attends workshops and conferences to improve his knowledge and technical skills in this field.  Clyde works three days a week at BSCC, and one day teaching medical students.

Dr Angus Snelling graduated from the University of Cape Town in 1987. He worked as a GP in South Africa for 20 years before coming to Bunbury in 2010. Following his arrival in Australia he realised that there was a great need for increased awareness of skin cancer and melanoma in Australia.

On completion of his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners, Angus went on to increase his skills in skin cancer surgery, and skin cancer medicine. Angus has completed several advanced certifications in both disciplines.

In his spare time, Angus enjoys paddling, surfing, fishing, walking, mountain bike riding and a barbeque with friends and family.

Dr Donna Hill moved to Bunbury with her family in 2008 and is a medical graduate of the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa (2005). Prior to medicine Dr Donna Hill completed a BPhysEd and BA (HMS) Hons Biokinetics. This led to a period of work in exercise physiology and training high performance athletes. She has a keen special interest in Skin Cancer and Emergency Medicine work, and she dedicates her time between the two disciplines. She loves her family passionately and spends her time off work raising three beautiful children alongside her husband. Dr Donna Hill has a deep commitment to serving the families of the Southwest, which she is proud to call home.

Dr Bhupinder Singh completed his medical degree in India before making the move to the beautiful Southwest in 2017 and then becoming a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Working as a GP he developed a passion for “All things skin” – particularly Skin cancer detection and treatment- leading him to achieve his certification in both Dermoscopy and Surgical skills. Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr Singh has embraced the Bun bury lifestyle spending his free time gardening and bush walking and raising his young family.

Dr Christopher Chitty moved from Singapore to pursue a medical degree at the University of Western Australia. After graduating, he gained experience working in various hospital specialties, including general medicine, emergency medicine, geriatrics, women’s health, paediatrics and infectious diseases among others. Transitioning from hospital care to the community setting, Dr Chitty discovered that skin cancer medicine is what he truly enjoys and wants to do most. His goal is to empower people he meets to live their healthiest and fullest lives.

Dr Ngozi Nwanosike holds postgraduate diplomas and Fellowships in Internal Medicine and General Practice. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.

His passion for Dermatology, skin cancer diagnosis, treatment and surgery led him to pursue further training and certification, dedicated mentorship and ongoing practice in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery.

He has a keen interest in the use of technology in all aspects of skin cancer care. He enjoys running, soccer, chess and quality time with close family and friends.

Dr Evelyn Fletcher

Dr Evelyn moved to Perth after completing her medical degree at the University of Leuven (Belgium) in 2010 and has been lucky to live and work in the beautiful Southwest since 2014.

After obtaining fellowship of the RACGP, she completed further Certificates in Skin Cancer Medicine, Dermatoscopy and Skin Cancer Surgery.   Her mission is to make a difference by education on prevention, early detection, and treatment of skin cancer, whilst building long-term patient relationships and providing continuity of care.

Outside work her favourite things include the ocean, running, and exploring WA with her husband and three children.

Dr Sadaf Rasool

Dr Sadaf Rasool is an experienced General Practitioner with a special interest in the early detection, diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. After graduating with an MBBS in 2004, Dr Rasool completed advanced specialist training in General Surgery overseas before relocating to Australia in 2013. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has further qualifications in skin cancer medicine through the Skin Cancer College Australasia, including Advanced Certificates in Dermoscopy and Surgical Management, as well as Certificates in Dermoscopy and Skin Cancer Medicine.

Dr Rasool provides comprehensive skin cancer care, offering both medical and surgical treatment options tailored to each patient’s individual needs. He performs a wide range of procedures, including punch and excision biopsies, skin cancer excisions, flap repairs and skin grafts. He also has experience in the removal of lipomas, sebaceous cysts, ingrown toenails and moles for cosmetic reasons.

Committed to building long-term, trusting relationships with his patients, Dr Rasool believes in providing personalised, compassionate care and ensuring each patient feels informed and supported throughout their treatment. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four young children, cooking for his family and playing cricket.
